Purpose
Genmab is committed to carrying out effective communication with the financial community and has therefore established a dedicated department for Investor and Public Relations.

Policy
Genmab is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S. In accordance with disclosure regulations all important stock price relevant information is released first to the OMX via a stock exchange notice in the form of a press release. Information about the company which is not price relevant but could still be of interest is communicated through an investor news release. Once company news is published at the OMX we distribute the release to our own mailing lists of investors, analysts, journalists and other contacts across the world.

Genmab explores different ways to communicate information already released through the OMX including webcasts, telephone conferences, the Internet and investor meetings.

In the interest of good corporate governance Genmab pursues a policy of not holding investor meetings in the immediate run up to the release of interim or full year financial reports.
